To direct the respondent to suitably amend the revenue records as per the survey conducted in the property comprised in S.No.136 Thiruvidanthai Village Thirupporur

Taluk Kancheepuram District from 09.07.2015 to 13.07.2015 and to lay the survey stones by demarcating the boundaries of the petitioners property comprised in Survey No.136/1B1A1 Thiruvidanthai village Thirupporur Taluk Kancheepuram District as per the order passed by the District Revenue Officer Kancheepuram District in Na.Ka.No.21375/2014 dated 23.12.2016.

ORDER

Alleging that the order in W.P.No.25535 of 2015 dated 17.11.2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in compliance with the order passed by this Court, the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram passed an order, against which, a writ petition has been filed in W.P. No. 13169 of 2018 and an interim order has been granted by this Court on 24.10.2018.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, Sub.A(OS) No. 257 of 2018 is closed.
