This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the second appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.77 of 2011.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties and list the matter on 08.10.2021 for reporting settlement.
