This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 18.06.2012 made in E.A.No.21 of 2012 in E.P.No.63 of 2010 in O.S.No.371 of 2005 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Erode.

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and made a submission that, the Execution Petition in respect to this Petition has already been disposed of in the trial Court and hence, the prayer sought for in this Petition becomes infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.
