The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in unnumbered IA.No.

of 2012 in IA.No.71 of 2012 in OS.No.246 of 1963 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Mayiladuthurai.

2. On 24.07.2019, the Registry was directed to ascertain whether 1/3

IA.No.71 of 2012 in OS.No.246 of 1963 is still pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Mayiladuthurai. Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai and the learned Judge had sent a report to this court stating that IA.No.71 of 2012 in OS.No.246 of 1963 on their file was disposed of on 29.11.2012. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
