Since, the authorisation committee has granted approval for Kidney transplantation, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. After recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
