For petitioner Ms. J. Prithvi For respondents Mr. A. Selvendran Special Government Pleader 1/4

ORDER

(made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 20.07.2019, which was made seeking assignment of one cent land.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2019 has been considered and orders have been passed by the authorities rejecting the same. She also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, inasmuch as, nothing survives for adjudication, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to assail the rejection order. Costs made easy.
