ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement in this regard. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal challenging the impugned order of assessment dated 28.11.2019. Such appeal if filed within a period of two weeks from today, will be taken on file by the office of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and adjudicated on merits and without reference to limitation in filing the appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
