ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.4755/2009 dated 05.09.2012, came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent vide G.O.[D] No.19, Highways and Minor Ports
[HM1] Department dated 05.02.2016. He has also produced a copy of the said Government Order before this Court, which is taken on file and record.
The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
