This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.04 1/4

of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholingur on 27.11.2023 and e filing number LTN20220001928 C 202300021 was also provided before this Court.

4.In the light of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholingur to act on the final report filed in Crime No.04 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons issued to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved, it will be left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
