C.M.P.No.3899 of 2020 in C.M.A.No.SR.19694 of 2020 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the first respondent.

3.Ms.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent, and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 41 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
