1.This is an application which seeks condonation of delay in filing the application in C.A.D.No.16345 of 2016. The period of delay involved is 20 days. The said application has been filed apparently to set aside the order dated 02.03.2016 passed in C.P.No.502 of 2015.
2.Having regard to the period of delay, I am inclined to condone the same.
3.I am only in note that Mr.Suresh who appears for the nonapplication/ respondent namely, Industrial Investment Bank of India Limited has indicated that an order dated 09.11.2016 has been passed by the DRAT in an appeal preferred by the applicant, whereby, the applicant has been directed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,51,50,000/- as a condition for the appeal to proceed further. 4.Learned counsel for the applicant says that serious negotiations are on to arrive at a settlement with the non-applicant/ respondent.

pri 5.Accordingly, as indicated above, the delay is condoned. 6.The Registry will now number and thereafter list the application referred to above, before the Court for appropriate orders.
