ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.88 of 2010 on the file of the Principle District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. This Court finds no merits in the grounds raised by the petitioner with regard to proceedings in C.C.No.88 of 2010 pending on the file of the Principle District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the same.
