ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(II) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.56 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioners herein had entered into the courier shop of the defacto complainant and had indiscriminately attacked the defacto complainant and his father.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) stated that the defacto complainant is still in hospital for the injury sustained at the hands of the petitioner. It is also stated that the petitioners have damaged the property worth about Rs.65000/- of the defacto complainant.
4. From the FIR, it is found that the information was recorded from the defacto complainant while he was in hospital and he has sustained injury on his hand.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the defacto complainant is still in hospital, this Court finds no merits to entertain this anticipatory bail eventhough the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that this is a case and case in counter.
