Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 03.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.16782 of 2017.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.16782 of 2017, dated 03.07.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order dated 11.11.2017, after giving notice to the petitioner.

3. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not served

with the copy of the order so far.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Special Government Pleader, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this court, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
