This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2022, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard Mr.Ajmal Khan, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for R1. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is going to be filed only as against three accused persons and the names of the petitioners has been dropped from the final report. The draft final report was also produced before this Court. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
