When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away and he is not able to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Hence, he prayed this Court to close the writ petition with a liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to re-open the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed with a liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to re-open the same, if the need arises. No costs.
