ORDER

Though the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.36045 of 2025, dated 12.01.2026, without complying the conditions imposed by this Court, the present petition is filed seeking for modification on the ground that she is residing in some other Districts.

2.However, considering the nature of allegations, and the fact that the presence of the petitioner is very much required for the purpose of investigation, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
