ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to measure the property in survey No.376/B1B measuring about 2 acres 07 cents, survey No.373/1B measuring about 22.2 cents in patta No.772, Thatravalasu Village, Tharapuram Taluk and lay the boundary stones as per challan dated 28.11.2019 and petitioner representation dated 28.11.2019 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard, Mr.R.Subramannian, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner submitted representation before the respondent to measure his land, which is pending. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2019 and conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and also adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders to measure the property in survey No.376/B1B measuring about 2 acres 07 cents, survey No.373/1B measuring about 22.2 cents in patta No.772, Thatravalasu Village, Tharapuram Taluk and lay the boundary stones, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
