ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2023 with regard to notional pay with seniority.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the first respondent has not received the representation, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the first respondent and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
