This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2020 in accordance with law by permitting the petitioner to run the BEEF STALL at Indira Nagar (Vacant Site) Valapady, Salem District.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.02.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.
