Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal.
2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned auction notice issued by the 2nd respondent, The Executive Officer, Anaimalai Town Panchayat, Anaimalai, Coimbatore District, in Na.Ka. No.237/2015 dated 12.6.2015.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is having the lease period from 2012 till December 2015, the 2nd respondent ought not to have issued the impugned auction notice.

4. At this point of time, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader urged before this Court to dismiss the writ petition as the impugned auction notice is not initiated as against the petitioner's shop which is situated in Ward No.3 and the same is meant for other shops and not relating to the petitioner's shop.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
