ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to pass an appropriate order after enquiry by the second respondent in the review petition filed by the petitioners dated 02.04.2019.
The case of the petitioners is that they are the Mirasudhars of the temples viz., Krishnasamy Kovil, Mariamman Thirukovil and Vinayagar Kovil situated at Edarpalayam and they are administering the day-to-day affairs of the temple. Such being the position, one Shiva Shanmugam and others calling themselves as executive members of the temples and interfered with the affairs of the temples. Thereafter, the Tahsildar, Madhukarai has convened meeting and tried to settle the issue. Being not satisfied with the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore (South). The RDO has passed an order in this regard. The petitioner again filed the review petition before the RDO and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking appropriate remedy.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners' and pass appropriate orders on merits within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioners will be considered and orders will be passed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the positive submission made on either side, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in the review petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
