ORDER

The wife seeks transfer of proceedings from the file of the Family Court at Pudukottai to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur, Chennai.

2. She is a resident of Chrompet. The husband is a resident of Pudukottai. Due to differences of opinion, the parties are before the Court.

3. The petitioner states that she is undergoing her education in Company Secretaryship at Chennai and is finding it difficult to appear for every hearing at Pudukottai. If the matter is transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur, both the parties can be represented by way of a counsel which will obviate the problem of their physical presence before the Court.

4. Taking into consideration the overall circumstances, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.11 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court at Pudukottai is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur, Chennai. Page No 2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
