This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that according to the prosecution, the petitioner's son and two others were riding a two-wheeler and they had dashed upon the car of the de facto complainant, resulting in injuries to the two-wheeler riders and two pillion. In this regard, a case in crime No.143 of 2015 was registered against two-wheeler rider Sathish Kumar and Final Report has also been filed in STC.No.249 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur. Under such circumstances, no positive directions can be given to the respondent police.
