Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the period for furnishing sureties for another three weeks in Crl.O.P.No.22596 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021.

The petitioner did not comply the condition imposed by this Court, in spite of modification of the deposit amount. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant further time.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed and the earlier anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 02.12.2021 is hereby recalled.
