Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition `The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner should co-operate in the investigation` imposed in Crl.O.P No.25206 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.P.ANANTHA KRISHNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25206 of 2021, dated 22.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
