ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "GREEN LEAF BEAUTY PARLOUR AND SPA" at No.101 & 102, Kangainallur Road, Viruthampet, Vellore District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025

2. The petitioner is running a SPA Centre in the name and style of GREEN LEAF BEAUTY PARLOUR AND SPA at No.101 and 102, Kangainallur Road, Viruthampet, Vellore District for the past three months. The petitioner made a representation on 09.01.2025 to the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate enabling him to get a license for running a SPA under the name and style of Green Leaf Beauty Parlour and Spa at No.101, 102, Kangianallur Road, Viruthampet, Vellore District, however, the respondents have kept the same pending till date, without passing any orders. Hence the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has never owned any SPA in the name and style of GREEN LEAF BEAUTY PARLOUR AND SPA at No.101 and 102, Kangainallur Road, Viruthampet, Vellore District as given in his representation dated 09.01.2025.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this court is of the view that the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.
