Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition ie. to appear before the respondent police on every sunday at 10.30 a.m., imposed in Crl.O.P No.23684/2021 by the order dated 07.12.2021 and pass such further orders as this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23684 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.
