(IN CRIME NO.74 OF 2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22982 of 2021 vide order dated 03.12.2021 (i.e.the petitioners shall report before the Hasthampatti Police station on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22982 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed the final report.
