ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2018 with regard to the transfer order issued to him vide Memo No.EE/O&M/CNR/811/F.2/D.No.440/ 2018 dated 02.03.2018 . 2.

The petitioner would state that he was a qualified Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering and he was initially https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointed as Technical Assistant, Singarapet at Dharmapuri District. While, he was working as Assistant Executive Engineer Rural, Kothagiri, on his request, the Chief Engineer, Personnel TANGEDCO by proceedings dated 01.09.2017 had transferred the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer, Cable, Metro Circle, Tatabad, Coimbatore. Subsequently, on 22.02.2018, the 3rd respondent had modified the order and reposted the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer, Electrical, Shift 230 KV SS, Coimbatore. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 21.03.2018 to the 2nd respondent. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, so also, perused the material on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2018, in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
