This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 30.4.2015.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 30.4.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.6.2015. 4.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
