O R D E R
This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.18660 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.
2.Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Rajendiran, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that in obedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18660 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021, the respondents have considered the
petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2021 and passed order and the liquidator was also appointed and sent a communication to the petitioner by stating as follows:
"(i).The affairs of TY SPL 194, Senthurai Agro Engineering and Service Cooperative Centre wherein you have been appointed, is now under liquidation. In the reference 2nd cited orders have been passed to liquidate the affairs of Senthurai Agro Engineering and Service Cooperative Centre under Section 137(2) Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 and liquidator was also appointed.
(ii).Now, the liquidator has taken the charges of the society and the liquidation works as per the Act is under Process.
(iii).The terminal benefits as referred in your representation will be considered only on realization of Assets, recovery of Liabilites and on finalization of liquidation work as per the provision of the Act. 3.If you have any grievances on this order, you may file a Revision Petition under section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 before the Registrar of Agro Engineering Service, Chennai, who the Revision Authority as per the Act."
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if there is any objection in the order passed by the respondents, the petitioner can seek his remedy in the manner known to law.
