Mr.K.N.Pandian COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.1991 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, dated 18.10.2023 & 24.11.2023 respectively, against the order passed in D.V.C.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Jayamkondam, dated 07.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter arises out of the matrimonial dispute and that while pending these revision petitions, the petitioners/husband and father-in-law of the respondent, have arrived at compromise with the respondent and settled the matter between themselves. She further submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has been complied with and further, the petitioners, as a matter of settlement, have paid a sum of Rs.99 lakhs to the respondent/wife. Hence, the matter has been settled by paying an amount of Rs.1Crore totally. She further 2 / 4

submitted that M.C.No.2 of 2021 and D.V.C.No.6 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Jayamkondam, have also been closed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife has also submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and an amount of Rs.1 crore in full has been received by the respondent/wife. Thereby, the respondent/wife has no objection in disposing the petitions filed by her and she has also filed a memo before the trial Court to that effect.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in these revision petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand closed. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
