This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register and investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 29.5.2015 pending on the file of respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 29.5.2015 said to have been made by the petitioner could not be traced by the respondent Police and hence the petitioner may be directed to produce a copy of the complaint, and the respondent Police may be directed to take necessary action. 4.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to produce copy of the complaint dated 29.5.2015 before the respondent Police and on such production of copy of the complaint, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the same, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
