Heard Mr.Siddharth Govind, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.K.Venkatasubramanian for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associate, learned counsel for the second respondent. 2.
The dispute is between the petitioner and the second respondent, who are sisters.

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that settlement has been arrived at and the suit, which was pending, has been withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any instructions. Placing on record the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
