This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem (Judicial Magistrate Court) to expedite the hearing in CMP No.963 of 2020 and complete the same within a stipulated time. 2.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem (Judicial Magistrate Court) to expedite the hearing in CMP No.963 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
