ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.8 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused had detained and abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and also assaulted with beer bottle.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent police raised his strong objection for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that there are 15 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, it indicates that he has fifteen previous case and also considering that if he is not arrested, he may tamper the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
