[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to first respondent to produce petitioner's daughter Gopika, aged 5 years (minor), before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The minor daughter of petitioner, aged 5, has been restored to the custody of petitioner. Petitioner informs that she is not willing to join her husband. It is open to both petitioner as also her husband to work out their rights in keeping with law and before appropriate forum. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
