Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition para 6(b), i.e. as undertaken by the petitioner on his own volition, the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- through demand draft in favour of the Director, Cancer Institure (WIA), Adyar, for treating cancer patients under necessary acknowledgment` imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3250 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022 on the file of this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the and thus render justice.
