There is no representation for the Petitioner either in person or through counsel at the time of hearing the matter.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 brings it to the notice of this Court that in all, a sum of Rs.2,06,975/- was paid to the Petitioner by means of three cheques viz, 1)Cheque No.145641 dated 18.06.2014 for a sum of Rs.65618/-, 2) Cheque No.145650 dated 23.07.2014 for a sum of Rs.1,01,680/- and 3) Cheque No.169801 dated 19.08.2014 for a sum of Rs.39,677/-.

In fact, according to the Respondents, they had paid excess sum of Rs.4,069.48 to the Petitioner.

3.In view of the fact that the Respondents had paid the amount as stated supra, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
