This petition is filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and its name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. Hence, this Court directed Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned counsel to get instructions from the respondent-Transport Corporation.

3.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 44 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
