The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the above appeal. 2.

Though notice was served on the respondents, none appeared.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that after the original award was passed on 05.10.2018 in E.C.No.39/2013, an Amendment Petition was filed to rectify the mistakes committed by the Office of the Joint Commissioner of Labour-II, Chennai i.e. to add the word 'died' near the name of the deceased and also to add Mrs.Parvathyammal as 5th opposite party in the cause title of the order. In the said process, the delay is occurred which is neither willful nor wanton.

Having satisfied with the explanation offered by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the CMP is allowed and the delay is condoned.
