This petition has been filed seeking for a Police protection.

It is seen from the records that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.73 of 2018 against the accused persons.

The Interest of the petitioner can be secured by giving a direction to the respondent Police to investigate the case and file a final report.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.73 of 2018, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
