V.Paramaeswari v. State Of Tamilnadu

W.M.P.No.5404 of 2021 in W.P.No.4319 of 2008 R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. That the original writ petitioner viz., P.Elangovan died on 23.08.2009 and the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased and therefore this petition has been filed by the legal heirs to substitute them as petitioners.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition is ordered and the registry is directed to carry out the amendment. Post the writ petition after one week.
