Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. First of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in crl.MP.No.13590 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14636 of 2020 by this Hon'ble court dated 23.12.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor, for NCB Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14636 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer once in a month i.e., 1st of every month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Since the petitioner herein expresses some inconvenience to report before the respondent police on the 1st of every English calender month, the said condition is modified and altered to 10th of every month. If that day falls on Sunday or any public holidays, the petitioner is at liberty to report on the next working day of that month.
4. With the above modification, the petition for relaxation is allowed.
