This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the Petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that the Petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.6 of 2022, registered by the Respondent Police and he has obtained interim anticipatory bail till 11.03.2022, other than summoning the Petitioner, to appear for enquiry, the Respondent has not harassed the Petitioner.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
