Heard Mr. G.Bala, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 05.01.2021 made by the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It has been brought to notice that the said representation dated 05.01.2021 made by the Petitioner has been rejected by the Second Respondent by Order C. No. A3/18304/704/2021 dated 30.07.2021 which was received by him on 15.08.2021 and its copy has been placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. It is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
