The applications have been filed to implead an additional respondent and to categorise the said respondent as 10th respondent in application Nos.4514 & 4515 of 2024 which have been filed to pass a final decree consequent to the preliminary decree being passed and to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.

2. After the preliminary decree has been passed, the first defendant in the suit had expired and while filing the aforementioned applications, his legal heirs have been impleaded. But unfortunately the party now sought to be impleaded had been left out. He is also a necessary party to be heard before passing a final decree. It being only a formal procedure, Application Nos.4514 & 4515 of 2024, stand allowed.
