By order dated 03.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose I.A.No.796 of 2009 in I.A.No.7 of 2001 in O.S.No.264 of 1996 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Additional District Munsif, Kancheepuram has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
