ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein has been arrested by the respondent police for the offences under sections 170, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint by the police that the petitioner herein creating a visiting card as if he is an IAS Officer and representing public as well as police officials as an IAS Officer and to act according to his instruction. Whereas the petitioner herein in this petition for bail states that he is a Reporter in a weekly magazine viz., "Police Seithi" and used to give information about the illegal activities. Being aggrieved by this, it is a false complaint against him.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner herein is a habitual offender and impersonating as IAS or IPS Officer or Journalist and used to cheat public. There is a case against the petitioner herein for cheating public to the tune of Rs.92 lakhs promising job and being a habitual impersonator, releasing the petitioner on bail will lead to perpetuating the crime and also will hamper the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Public Prosecutor also submitted that sufficient material has been collected against the petitioner that he had intimidating public and extracting money and the investigation is required to be conducted on this line also.

3.In view of the objections made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner herein, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
